Social Media Templates
People Helping People is a podcast, blog, and newsletter focused on social change and social entrepreneurship. They needed branding and social media templates for their new venture—a platform designed to inspire greater impact by showcasing the people and businesses driving positive change. Their goal was to build a brand that felt fun, inspiring, and community-driven, while being flexible enough to grow beyond the podcast format.

For this brand, I developed a full identity, including a logo, color palette, brand typography, patterns, and social media assets. The design needed to strike a balance between playful and credible, so I chose a muted primary color palette (red, yellow, green, teal) grounded by a dark navy blue to avoid feeling too youthful. The logo features a hand-drawn script for a friendly, human feel, supported by clean sans serif typography throughout the system.
To reflect the brand’s emphasis on community and global impact, I created graphic elements like a globe (representing social reach) and a rally-style flag (symbolizing collective movement). These assets helped shape a visual identity that feels optimistic and action-oriented—encouraging people to get involved and support causes they believe in.
Since the brand was always meant to expand beyond the podcast, I intentionally kept the identity flexible and broad. By avoiding podcast-specific references, the system now works seamlessly across a variety of formats—events, blogs, newsletters, and future initiatives. The client was thrilled with the final brand and continues to use it across all his projects under the People Helping People umbrella.
